At The Pinnacle Charter School, we believe that identified gifted students and high ability students need to be challenged in the classroom every day.  Through differentiated instruction and other research-based teaching models, our classroom teachers strive to meet the needs of our students.  The Gifted and Talented (G/T) Coordinator works in conjunction with the classroom teacher, developing an Advanced Learning Plan for each identified student that not only sets goals based on individual needs, but outlines the teacher's plan for challenging the student.

In addition to in-classroom strategies, identified students may meet weekly to address affective or other cognitive needs.
