Federal Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF and any associated schedules

Pinnacle is exempt from filing IRS Form 990, as outlined in our 501(c)(3) letter. Our legal counsel has thoroughly reviewed this matter and confirmed that we are grandfathered into this ruling. As a result, Pinnacle is not required to submit the Form 990, which is typically mandated for tax-exempt organizations. This exemption is grounded in the recognition of our status as a 501(c)(3) entity, and the legal validation ensures compliance with relevant regulations.

Pinnacle is one of the few schools that are currently grandfathered into an exemption for the 990 requirements. The $25,000 threshold applies only if the letter indicates “yes”. Our letter from the IRS indicates “no”, therefore the threshold should not apply. Pinnacle operates under the assumption that we are exempt from this requirement regardless of any threshold. A copy of our 501(c)3 has been included in the link below.
