Patron Code of Conduct
The Pinnacle Events Center is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone who enters our venue. To achieve this goal, all guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Please be respectful towards fellow guests, Pinnacle staff, and property.
We are dedicated to the principles of equality for all guests. Guests will be treated fairly without regard to age, race, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity, color, religion, national origin, disability, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who do not adhere to our policies. We will handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis.
GENERAL BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS:
- Be respectful. Do not use hurtful language, exhibit threatening behavior, or endanger those around you. Harassment or taunting is not tolerated.
- Follow instructions from Pinnacle staff, including posted signs. They are your resource concerning all matters of safety.
- Do not block aisles, doors, and/or means of egress.
- Ensure you have all of your belongings before leaving the venue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco products, and vapes, etc.
- animals (except those correctly identified as service animals)
- laser pointers, balloons, noisemakers, and bullhorns
- confetti, glitter, and other items that can be thrown
- weapons or reasonable facsimiles thereof
- wheeled transportation such as bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, and heelys
- remote control flying devices, drones, and UAVs
- any other device that potentially interferes with, harms, and/or distracts from any guest experience
SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE:
- Security cameras are in use throughout the Events Center and surrounding areas for the safety of all guests and staff.
- Tampering with, obstructing, or covering any cameras is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the event and further action as necessary.
- By attending an event, patrons acknowledge and accept the presence of security surveillance.
Pinnacle Events Center Management reserves the right to amend this Code of Conduct at any time.
