This rate is for groups who are rehearsing (not performing) with no technical support. These events do not have any audience or lobby presence.
Auditorium Performance Rate
($90 per hour; 4hr min + Staffing)

This rate is for groups who are rehearsing and performing who need technical support such as lighting design, audio engineering, projection/video playback, and/or general technical support. This also includes any event with an audience.

Individual Rooms:
We’re proud to offer several rooms to rent within the Events Center. They can be booked a la carte style depending on your event’s unique needs. We can provide tables, chairs, and small AV equipment. Staffing requirements are listed below the room descriptions.
Gallery
($200 per day)
The Gallery is a unique location for corporate or social gatherings. It can be set up as a reception room or small event hall. It also serves as the Auditorium’s lobby. Therefore, this room is only available when the Auditorium is not in use.
Community Room
($200 per day)
The Community Room is a multi-use space. It’s ideal as a classroom, meeting room, or dance studio. Includes a sprung dance floor.

Gallery

The Gallery is a versatile space within our Events Center. It's equipped with glass doors that can be closed to partition it from adjoining rooms, allowing it to function effectively as a small reception area or event space.
It also functions as an exhibition space by showing our students' artwork. This integration not only enriches the aesthetic experience but also fosters a deeper connection between visitors and our educational community.
However, because it also serves as guests' primary entry point into the Auditorium, the Gallery is only rentable when the Auditorium is not in use.
Community Room
($200/day)
Located off the Gallery, this multifunctional space is ideal for meetings, exhibit booths, dance rehearsals, and other small gatherings. Amenities include a wooden Marley floor (with a sprung dance floor underneath), 2 large wall-mounted TVs, multiple 6-foot rolling tables, and chairs.
