The Pinnacle Purchases a Building Dedicated to the Trades

Pinnacle Charter School in Thornton, Colorado has completed the purchase of a 6,000 square foot building just west of I-25 & 84th Avenue.  The building is located at 8367 Conifer Rd. and will be developed into a trade school providing education in areas such as welding and construction.

“We are thrilled that we are able to continue to expand the offerings of The Pinnacle to our students,” says CEO Chad Miller. “Adding in the ability for our Pinnacle High School students to begin educating themselves in the trades will prove invaluable to them as they graduate and embark on their careers.”

The Pinnacle is planning to complete the build-out of the existing location and begin offering trades’ classes for the fall semester of the 2022-23 school year.

“We are hopeful this addition to our curriculum will provide career paths for our students as they leave our school,” says Miller.  “We are still working on the full curriculum, but our trade offerings will mirror industry demand and we know that these courses will allow our students to develop skills that will allow them to get high paying jobs immediately after graduation from High School should they choose that option.”

The Pinnacle is also planning completion of the Pinnacle Athletic Complex this coming fall.

“One of our goals at The Pinnacle is to become a true community partner by providing our students and their families with opportunities such as training in the trades, and community gathering spaces such as The Pinnacle Athletic Complex,” says Miller.  “It is amazing to see our vision coming to fruition for our community, and we couldn’t be more thrilled about the addition of these two facilities.”
