We want to congratulate Pinnacle CEO Chad Miller on his appointment to the Colorado League of Charter Schools Board of Directors. Mr. Miller will serve on the board of directors for 3 years and offer his extensive experience to the League as they navigate the challenges and threats to charter schools throughout the state of Colorado and nationally.
Established in 1994, the Colorado League of Charter Schools is a 501(c)3 organization based in Lakewood, Colorado. The League serves 261 charter schools across the state, who are public schools operating with the approval of their district authorizer or with state authorizer approval. The schools in Colorado are all non-profits, and held accountable to the laws of the state. Statewide charter schools serve over 128,000 students and families which, if it were its own district would be the largest in the state. The League supports schools through Advocacy, Trainings, Coaching, Convenings, new school development and building a strong support environment in which to operate.
