Pinnacle Community,
We understand that this has been a challenging time for everyone, yet we will not let this diminish the accomplishments of our students. That is why we have been working in partnership with our student leaders and our local community to find a way to safely celebrate our students and all of their hard work.
We invite you to join us Thursday, May 14 for our first-ever ONE PACK PARADE to celebrate all of our students for the hard work they have put forth during this challenging school year while ensuring the wellbeing of our Pinnacle community.
The parade will take place on the Pinnacle campus, where families will be able to drive through the Pinnacle Tunnel of Success located at the front of the Pinnacle K-8 building.
Through this celebration, the health and wellness of our Pinnacle community remains the top priority. Therefore, each grade level will have a timeslot (outlined below) to drive through the parade and watch the slideshow in order to continue to promote social distancing.
Please choose the time that works for your family within the times listed below for the May 14 ONE PACK PARADE:
K-2: 8:00am - 9:30am
3-5: 10:00am - 11:30am
6-8: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
9-11: 2:00pm - 3:30pm
***Seniors: 5:00pm-7:00pm
Dear Parents/Guardians and Seniors,
We are 10 days away from the Graduation Celebration for the Class of 2020. We want to celebrate this great milestone!
Here is what to expect between now and May 14th.
Senior WolfDen - Every year, Mr. Prest organizes the final Wolden, with the help of our High School staff, to say goodbye to our Seniors. This year, you will receive a link to watch our last WolfDen on Thursday, May 7th.
Senior Awards Recognition - We will be posting our Awards Recognition online for your viewing.
Class of 2020 Recognition - We will be posting our presentation online for your viewing.
Graduation Video - We will have a link for you to view the Graduation Video prior to our Senior Parade. If your Senior has not turned in their video we required with the family, we ask that you turn this in by no later than Wednesday, May 6th at 5pm. This needs to be turned in through their Google Classroom.
And with that, let's talk details for the 14th.
Senior Parade
We are asking that there be one car per Senior. We have over 100 Seniors, therefore we can only accommodate one car per Senior. It would be great if the Senior was sitting in the front passenger seat. We ask that you decorate that car. We would like to have the Seniors name on the right side (passenger) of the car.
Seniors should be in their Cap & Gown. If they do not have one, we ask that they dress nicely.
We will start with the parade check-in at Water World. Seniors have been asked to sign up for a Wave/Group. I have shared this link with them so they know how many spots I have in each Wave/Group. We will be handing them a sign with their name, directions, and a 13-year cord if they have been at Pinnacle since Kindergarten.
From Water World, you will follow the path to our K8 building where the celebration will continue. I have the honor of calling the Senior's name as they pass in their car. Attached you will find the map of the K8 and how the parade will flow.
Diploma - As of right now, Seniors will be able to pick up their Diploma starting Monday, June 1, 2020 form the high school front office.

Para la celebración de Senior, el desfile comenzará en Waterworld y terminará en el Pinnacle Tunnel of Success ubicado frente al edificio Pinnacle K-8. La ruta del desfile estará llena de varias celebraciones y mensajes de video de nuestra comunidad. Podrá ver cada mensaje a través de su teléfono inteligente escaneando códigos QR en el camino. El desfile terminará en el K-8 donde reconoceremos cada auto y el Senior dentro.
Cuando el desfile comienza en Water World, le pedimos que no salga de sus vehículos ni se congregue en grupos. Nuestro objetivo es celebrar a nuestros estudiantes sin dejar de mantener el bienestar de nuestra comunidad Pinnacle.
Llamando al equipo de Pinnacle, comparta un mensaje de su familia para los graduados del 2020. Suba un video corto de 10 a 20 segundos a https://forms.gle/z8jUczhupRDmhUtb9 deseándoles bien a los líderes del equipo, en sus futuros esfuerzos. Estos mensajes se compartirán con la clase de los graduados y se publicarán en línea durante el Desfile de graduación de One Pack el 14 de mayo.
A través de esta celebración, la salud y el bienestar de nuestra comunidad Pinnacle sigue siendo la principal prioridad. Por lo tanto, cada nivel de grado tendrá un intervalo de tiempo (descrito a continuación) para conducir durante el desfile y ver la presentación de diapositivas para continuar promoviendo el distanciamiento social.

Estimados Padres/Tutores y Seniors,
Estamos a 10 días de la Celebración de Graduación para la Clase de 2020. ¡Queremos celebrar este gran moment!
Esto es lo que ha de esperar entre ahora y el 14 de mayo.
Senior WolfDen: Cada año, el Sr. Prest organiza el ultimo WolfDen, con la ayuda del personal de la preparatoria, para despedirse de nuestros Seniors. Este año, recibirán un enlace para ver nuestro último WolfDen el jueves, 7 de mayo.
Reconocimiento de Premios para los Seniors: Publicaremos este reconocimiento en línea para que lo vean.
Reconocimiento de toda la Clase de 2020: Publicaremos esta presentación en línea para que lo vean.
Video de Graduación: Tendremos un enlace para que vean el Video de Graduación antes del desfile. Si su Senior no ha entregado el video que pedimos con su familia, le pedimos que lo entreguen antes de las 5pm el miércoles, 6 de mayo. Esto debe ser entregado a través de “Google Classroom”.
Y con eso, hablemos detalles para el 14.
Desfile de Seniors
Pedimos que solo haya un automóvil por Senior. Tenemos más de 100 Seniors, por lo tanto, solo podemos acomodar un auto por Senior. Nos gustaría que el Senior estuviera sentado en el asiento del pasajero delantero. Le pedimos que decore su auto. Nos gustaría tener el nombre del Senior en el lado derecho (pasajero) del auto.
Los Seniors deben tener puesto su Gorra y Bata. Si no lo tienen, les pedimos que se vistan bien.
Comenzaremos con el registro del desfile en Water World. Les pedí a los Seniors que se inscriban a una Ola/Grupo. Les he compartido este enlace para que sepan cuantos lugares tenemos en cada Ola/Grupo. Les entregaremos un letrero con su nombre, les daremos direcciones del desfile, y a los chicos que han estado en Pinnacle por 13 años, les daremos un cordón para reconocerlos.
De Water World, seguirán el camino hacia nuestro edificio de K8 donde la celebración continuará. Tengo el honor de llamar los nombres de cada Senior que vaya a pasar en su auto. Adjunto encontrarán el mapa para que sepan cómo fluirá el desfile.
Diploma: Los Seniors podrán empezar a recoger su Diploma a partir del lunes, 1 de junio de 2020 de la oficina principal de la preparatoria.
