Pinnacle Charter School, located at 8412 Huron St, Thornton, CO 80260, is in the process of purchasing the land between the Appliance Factory at 321 W. 84th Avenue in Thornton, and the RTD Park & Ride at 8700 Grant Street in Thornton. Pinnacle Charter School representatives are holding a town hall meeting in conjunction with the architects, construction management firm and the City of Thornton city managers on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at 5:00 PM at the Pinnacle Charter High School in the cafeteria.
Representatives will provide a basic layout of land development, as well as a timeframe for development; in addition, we are welcoming input and feedback from community members on their vision of a community-based site Thornton & Federal Heights residents can utilize and enjoy.
If you have input, feedback or ideas on how this new development will best serve the community, we invite you to attend and be heard on February 5th. All representatives will welcome public comment, answer questions and address any concerns neighbors may have.
We look forward to working together with our neighbors toward building a brand-new site that will serve both Pinnacle Charter School students and the larger community of Thornton.
