23 Simulators. One Aviation Classroom.

One of the most unique features of the Pinnacle Aviation Program is our flight simulation environment.

Students have access to 23 X-Plane flight simulator stations, equipped with:

  • Flight yokes
  • Rudder pedals
  • Computer-based flight simulation
  • Aircraft controls
  • Realistic aviation environments
  • Headsets

 

 

Simulation Is More Than a Video Game

Flight simulation gives students an opportunity to apply aviation concepts in an interactive environment.

Students must think about:

  • Where am I?
  • Where am I going?
  • What is the weather doing?
  • What does the aircraft need?
  • What should I do next?

Our Classroom is an Airport

The simulator stations are organized into four aviation terminals:

Terminal A

Terminal B

Terminal C

Terminal D

The room also includes a 20-foot runway and taxiway system with aviation hold-short markings.

Students can physically move through an environment designed to help connect classroom concepts to real-world aviation operations.
