Its Easy To Change Your Preferred Language / Es Sencillo Cambiar Tu Idioma Preferido

Dear Pinnacle Family,

Are you receiving your messages and emails in English, but your primary language is Spanish or another language? Not to worry.

Follow these simple steps to make sure all your communications come to you in Spanish or in your native language:

First, if you're viewing this message in your email, go to ParentSquare or download the app. This is the app icon:

• Now that you're logged into ParentSquare, go to the menu in the upper left corner.
• Click the menu and you'll see the option for "Account".
• Click it, and you'll see the option for "Preferences".
• Click there, and you'll see the option for "Language”.
• At this point, you can select your preferred language.

It's important to make this change so that all communications reach you in your preferred language.

This way, your teacher will be able to communicate with you in English, but you'll receive the messages in Spanish or your preferred language. And when you respond in your native language, your teacher will receive the messages in English.

Hola familia de Pinnacle, 

¿Ha estado recibiendo mensajes y correos electrónicos en inglés, pero su primer idioma es el español u otro? No se preocupe.
 
Siga estos simples pasos para asegurarse de que todas sus comunicaciones sean en español:

Primero, si está viendo este mensaje en su correo electrónico, vaya a ParentSquare o descargue la aplicación. Este es el símbolo de la aplicación:

• Ahora que ya ha ingresado en ParentSquare, diríjase al menú en la parte superior izquierda.
• Cuando le dé clic, podrá ver la opción de Cuenta o “Account" en inglés.
• Cuando le dé clic ahí, podrá ver la opción de preferencias o “Preferences" en inglés.
• Dele clic ahí y podra ver la opcion de lenguaje o “Lenguage” en inglés. 
• En este punto podrá seleccionar su idioma preferido.

Es importante hacer este cambio para que todas las comunicaciones les lleguen en su idioma preferido.
 
Así mismo, su maestro(a) podrá comunicarse con usted en inglés, pero a usted le llegarán los mensajes en español. Y cuando usted responda en español, le llegarán los mensajes en inglés al maestro(a).
