What are the building hours?
The building is rentable at the following times:

- School Days (Mon - Fri) = 4:00pm - 10:00pm
- Non-School Days (Sat / Sun / School Breaks) = 8:00am - 10:00 pm
You may not enter the venue unless you have booked a tour, have an in person meeting or are connected to an event in progress.
Can we rent the Gallery/Community Room by itself?
Yes! However, they're only individually available so long as there is not an event taking place in the Auditorium. The Auditorium’s entrance doors and lobby overlap with those rooms. Therefore, we cannot accommodate the use of both spaces independently.
Can we rent the Gym(s) in addition to the Auditorium?
It depends. Gym rentals occur through our Athletic Department. The PAC staff is not in charge of these spaces nor their calendar. Therefore, we cannot guarantee availability prior to request approval.
Please be advised, we cannot cover the security cameras inside those rooms.
Do you allow outside A/V equipment?
It depends. All equipment must be approved by the Theater Manager in advance for safety and compatibility concerns. We are a dead hung space (no fly system). Please plan accordingly.
Do you have a loading dock?
Sort of. There is a garage door that opens into our stage left storage area. Dimensions are 10ft H x 10ft W. It’s a flat loading dock so you must unload trucks via a ramp or lift gate. Access is via a 90-degree turn. The drive is one-way in & out. Parking only allowed during active load-in and load-out. Trucks longer than 20ft can only back into the L. Cases must be pushed the remainder of the drive.
Access is limited to crew and vendors only. Performers and their agents are prohibited from using the loading dock.
Can we bring in food trucks?
Yes! Food trucks are only allowed at the Renter's request and are subject to prior approval by the Theater Manager. Arrangements made by any other party will be turned away.
Please be aware parking is very limited. Trucks can park in the parent pick-up lane or the surface parking area outside the Event Center during non-school hours. They must be up to date with tax license and permitting for Adams County, but no other permitting is required at this time. PAC staff will let you know if this changes.
