Individual Rooms:

 

Gallery Room Rate

($250 Per Day + Staffing)

Gallery Space Only

The Gallery Space can be set up as a meeting room or small event hall. Since it also serves at the Auditorium lobby, this package is only available when the Auditorium is not in use.

 

Community Room Rate
($350 + Staffing)

Community Room Only
The Community Room can be set up as a meeting room, small event hall or dance studio. Includes a sprung dance floor.

 

Auditorium Rehearsal / Room Rate
($75 Per Hour + Staffing)

Auditorium only, Loading Dock, and Dressing Rooms (2)
This rate is for groups who are rehearsing (not performing) with no technical support. These events do not have any audience nor lobby presence.

 

 

Required Staffing:

1 Event Manager* $35/hr (4 hour minimum)
1 Security Guard* $30/hr (4 hour minimum)
Custodial Fees $150/day N/A 

*Overtime rate (hourly rate x 1.5) applies when rental hours exceed 12 hours.

Auditorium Performance Rate

($660 per day + Staffing)

Auditorium, Loading Dock, Dressing Rooms (2), Gallery
This rate is for groups who are rehearsing and performing who need technical support. Lighting design, audio systems, and general technical support are required. This includes dance recitals, pageants, and orchestra concerts or anything requiring technical expertise that has an audience. Reduced Load-in rate available at Theater Manager’s discretion.

 

Full Building Event Rate

($1,160 per day + Staffing)

Auditorium, Loading Dock, Dressing Rooms (2), Gallery, Upper and/or Lower Band Rooms, Community Room
This rate is for large groups and/or events that require extra dressing or holding spaces. Multi-day events with equipment staying overnight also fall under this category.

Security Guard $30/hr (4 hr minimum)
2nd Security Guard $30/hr
(4 hour minimum)
Show calls only

This rate is for groups who are rehearsing and performing who need technical support such as lighting design, audio engineering, projection/video playback, and/or general technical support. This also includes any event with an audience.

Event Technician (4 hr min) $30/hr*
Security Guard (4 hr min) $30/hr
Custodial Fees (Labor + Supplies) $75/hr

*Please contact the Athletic Director for booking. The Performing Arts Complex staff is not in charge of this space nor its calendar. Therefore, we cannot guarantee availability prior to request approval.


Individual Rooms:

 

We’re proud to offer several rooms to rent within the Arts Complex. They can be booked a la carte style depending on your event’s unique needs. We can provide tables, chairs, and small AV equipment. Staffing requirements are listed below the room descriptions.

 

Gallery

($200 per day)

The Gallery is a unique location for corporate or social gatherings. It can be set up as a reception room or small event hall. It also serves as the Auditorium’s lobby. Therefore, this room is only available when the Auditorium is not in use.


Community Room

($200 per day)

The Community Room is a multi-use space. It’s ideal as a classroom, meeting room, or dance studio. Includes a sprung dance floor.
