Good afternoon, Pinnacle Pack!

Happy New Year from all of us at Pinnacle! We are looking forward to 2021, and we hope everyone had a restful and wonderful break, and is ready to tackle this next semester together as One Pack.

Our administrative team has been monitoring Covid-19 case rates over the break, and fortunately we are in a favorable position and will follow our original plan to return to in-person learning this week. Important dates for the upcoming week are listed below:

January 4th-6th will be professional development days for our educators which will be conducted virtually with the option to come in person, and all students will return to learning on Thursday, Jan. 7th following the same hybrid schedules that were in place prior to Thanksgiving break.

K-5 students will return to our 4-day in-person schedule, with Wednesday remaining a remote learning day for the entire school.

Middle School (6th-8th grade) will return to the A & B cohort with the B cohort in person and the A cohort remotely on Jan. 7th. (The A cohort will return in person on Jan. 11th.)
High school students will begin the semester remotely Jan. 7th and will resume the hybrid in-person schedule on Tuesday, January 19th.

School bus transportation will also resume the same schedule that was running before Thanksgiving break on Thursday, Jan. 7th.
All Pinnacle Connect students will remain on the same schedule for the second semester, beginning Jan. 7th.

We will continue to monitor all data and recommendations from state and local health officials as we begin the second semester. The health and safety of our entire community will continue to remain at the forefront of every decision. As of now, we are excited to see our Pinnacle Direct students back learning in person over the next several weeks!

Thank you all for your continued support and vigilance in monitoring your students for symptoms at home. We appreciate you all, and look forward to a great semester together!

¡Buenas tardes, Pinnacle Pack!

¡Feliz año nuevo de todos nosotros en Pinnacle! Estamos emocionados para 2021, y esperamos que todos hayan tenido un descanso relajante y maravilloso, y está listo para abordar este próximo semestre juntos como un equipo.

Nuestro equipo administrativo ha estado monitoreando la cantidad de casos de Covid-19 durante el descanso, y afortunadamente estamos en una posición favorable y seguiremos nuestro plan original para volver a aprender en persona esta semana. Las fechas importantes para la próxima semana se enumeran a continuación:

El 4 al 6 de enero serán días de desarrollo profesional para nuestros educadores que serán conducidos virtualmente con la opción de venir en persona, y todos los estudiantes volverán a aprender el jueves, 7 de enero siguiendo los mismos horarios híbridos que estaban en lugar antes de la pausa de Acción de Gracias.
Los estudiantes de K-5 volverán a nuestro horario de 4 días en persona, y el miércoles seguirá siendo un día de aprendizaje remoto para toda la escuela.
La escuela secundaria (6o-8o grados) regresará a la cohorte A & B con la cohorte B en persona y La cohorte A remotamente el 7 de enero. (La cohorte A volverá en persona el 11 de enero.)
Los estudiantes de preparatoria (9o-12o grados) comenzarán el semestre a distancia el 7 de enero y reanudarán el horario híbrido en persona el martes 19 de enero.
El transporte en autobús escolar también reanudará el mismo horario que estaba en funcionamiento antes de la pausa de Acción de Gracias el jueves, 7 de enero.
Todos los estudiantes de Pinnacle Connect permanecerán en el mismo horario para el segundo semestre, empezando el 7 de enero.

Continuaremos monitoreando todos los datos y recomendaciones de los funcionarios de salud estatales y locales a medida que iniciemos el segundo semestre. La salud y la seguridad de toda nuestra comunidad seguirán estando a la vanguardia de cada decisión. A partir de ahora, estamos emocionados de ver a nuestros estudiantes de Pinnacle Direct volver a aprender en persona durante las próximas semanas!
